はじめまして、秋間早苗です。
福岡を拠点に、人や組織、コミュニティが、 「違い」や「ズレ」を摩擦で終わらせず、 これからをつくる力に変えていくプロセスを 研究・実践しています。
株式会社La torche代表として、 人材・組織・事業の変容支援に携わる一方、 学習プログラムの開発、プロジェクトのプロデュース、 多文化コミュニティづくりなどを行っています。
私が探究している中心的な問いは、
「私たちは、どんな世界観（Paradigm）を通して 世界を見ているのだろう？」
そして、その前提に自覚的になることで、 どんな新しい選択や関係性、未来をつくれるのだろう？

人と人、文化と文化、異なる視点や経験のあいだにあるものに 注意深く耳を澄まし、 そこから新しい関係性、意味、行動が生まれる条件をつくること だと考えています。

I’m a practitioner-researcher exploring how people, organizations, and communities can transform differences, friction, and transitions into forces for creating what comes next.
As founder and CEO of La torche, Inc., I work across human and organizational transformation, learning-program design, project production, and cross-cultural community building.
A question at the heart of my work is:
What kind of paradigm — or worldview — are we looking at the world through?

I design communities and spaces where people with different backgrounds can meet — and where difference itself can become a resource for creativity.

For me, producing a project is not about imposing a finished answer.
It is about paying attention to what exists between people, cultures, perspectives, and experiences — and creating the conditions for new relationships, meanings, and actions to emerge.
Whether we met in Fukuoka, Taiwan, at Colive Fukuoka, or somewhere else in the world, I’m glad our paths crossed.

我也創造讓不同文化與背景的人相遇的社群與空間， 讓「差異」本身成為創造力的資源。

對我來說，「策劃一個專案」不是從外部給出一個 已經完成的答案。
而是仔細觀察存在於 人與人、文化與文化、不同觀點與經驗之間 的空間，並創造條件，讓新的關係、意義與行動自然生成。
無論我們是在台灣、福岡、Colive Fukuoka， 或世界上的其他地方相遇， 我都很開心我們的路在此交會。
